At Port Cities,
you will handle the wide range of back-office administration tasks from accounting and HR.
We are looking for someone, who is structured and enjoys setting up smart processes and keeping order in the documentation.
Daily operations to cover:
- bookkeeping
- management of AR and AP
- monthly invoicing
- management and preparation of the contracts (both service contracts and labour contracts)
- payroll calculations and employee registrations
- document management
- recruitment support
You will be working closely with our Chief Accountant and HR manager, who will be assisting with and feedbacking your tasks.
For managing your activities, you will be using our great accounting and HRM system Odoo, which will help you automate your job and create structured reports with almost no effort.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree from any field
- Native Vietnamese speaker
- Proficient English (both spoken and written)
- 1 year of experience on accounting position (bookkeeping, AR, AP)
- experience working on admin/HR position (preferred)
- punctual and structured person
- experience with working with accounting and HR system (preferred)
