Mô tả công việc
*** AR-AP ACCOUNTANT
- Checking reasonable payment documents in compliance
- Recording the cash/bank payment transaction into the accounting software.
- Recording & preparing AR/AP aging report
- Controlling input expenses (selling, G&A, overhead…)
- Manage advance amounts
*** TAX ACCOUNTANT
- Quarterly VAT report
- PIT for the local employees & foreigners
- Tax for foreign contactors
- Details will be discussed more within the interview.
- Making PIT, CIT, FCT report for tax office.
*** Cost Accountant
- Input materials based on the financial invoice, customs declaration.
- Record: revenue, material in-outputing, warehouse data, monthly depreciation, output for sale.
- Determine the direct labor cost, overhead cost for products.
- Check & summarize the movement in-out of materials, products.
- Calculate unit price of finished goods, control Fixed assest.
- Make monthly AR, AP report, revenue, COGs.
- Attend quarterly inventory.
- Others assigned by Finance Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation, majored in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of tax/ receipt/payment transactions.
- Experience in: recording, aging AR/AP, selling expenses, administration expenses; or Income Tax Knowledge.
- Familiar with: Accounting Law, Tax Compliances, VAS and the related regulations.
- Good command of English; MS Office.
- Careful – Accurate – Detailed staff to be in priority.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of tax/ receipt/payment transactions.
- Experience in: recording, aging AR/AP, selling expenses, administration expenses; or Income Tax Knowledge.
- Familiar with: Accounting Law, Tax Compliances, VAS and the related regulations.
- Good command of English; MS Office.
