Bioseed Vietnam Limited (BVL) is a highly successful 100% foreign company belongs to the DCM Shriram Group in India, which is one of the largest business group in India involved in Agri-business, Sugar, Chemicals, Cement, Real estate, Seeds, Retail Farmer service, etc. BVL, one of the first agribusiness companies in Vietnam, was established as a joint sector enterprise in 1992 and became a 100% foreign enterprise in 1999. During last 20 years BVL participated in improving corn production in Vietnam through introducing many successful corn hybrid seeds. Products of the company are always welcome by farmers, B9698, the first hybrid corn was introduced in Vietnam, has had a tremendous influence on the lives of farmers in nearly two decades. In December 2013, Bioseed Vietnam was awarded “the first choice by farmers” for B265 hybrid by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in first experiment in 2013. In December 2017, our company received a certificate of merit from the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development - Nguyen Xuan Cuong for our outstanding achievements in research, breeding, production and trading of plant varieties, contributing to the development of agriculture and rural areas. The company also offers rice hybrids delicious as pure rice which yields exceeded B404 and vegetable seeds of good quality.
