装配主管 Assembly Supervisor

汇报对象(Reports to): 装配经理 Assembly Manager

1、组织辖区内成员合理控制与调配生产资源，促成各项生产指标达成。
Organize jurisdiction members to control and blend production resource with a reasonable range, facilitate the implementation of kind of production quota.

2、监督管理辖区各项工作事务的质量与进度，及时处置生产过程中的异常问题。
Control the quality and schedule of whole affairs in management area, timely handle the abnormal production problems.

3、负责产品过程品质管理、产能效益提升，并推行生产资源节约管理。
Responsible for quality management in product process、improving capacity effectiveness and carrying out saving management of production resource.

4、参与并执行生产流程优化、工艺改良和项目改善计划。
Participate in implementation of manufacturing process optimization、process improvement and project improvement plan.

5、积极与其它科组进行工作沟通，组织和联络生产相关单位进行会议，主动疏通生产中的非正常障碍。
Actively communicate with other sections, organize related production units to hold meetings, solve the non-normal obstacles in production.

6、负责辖区内各级管理干部的选用、教育培训与绩效考评。
Responsible for the selection, educational training and performance appraisal of management cadres in management area.

7、按权限审核或审批科内所有相关表单或统计资料。
In accordance with provision , review and approve the whole related forms and statistical data.

8、策划并制定组织框架和科内基本运作程序。
Plan and make organization framework and basic operating procedure.

9、参与推动并执行公司ISO9001、IS014001等管理政策。
Participate in enforcing ISO9001 and IS014001 management systems.

10、对生产过程品质问题的解决以及品质监控，对制程中不合格的管控。
Handle the quality issues in production, monitor the production quality, control the unqualified processing.

11、完成上级分配的其他工作。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

1、大专及以上学历。
College and above degree.

2、具备生产管理3年以上工作经验；
Minimum 3 years of production management;

3、熟悉生产制造流程和物控基础知识；
Familiar with manufacturing process and material control;

4、熟悉ISO9001及ISO14001管理体系；
Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems;

5、能熟练操作ERP系统。
Operate ERP system skillfully

6、具备良好的中文和英语的交流与写作。
Good Communication and writing in Chinese and English

7、为人正直，细心大胆，文明礼貌，仪表整洁，形象健康
Integrity、bold but cautious、good manners and elegant appearance and tidy.

8、有良好的人际关系沟通能力和组织协调能力
With good communication and ability of organization and coordination.

9、有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力
Strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.
