· Drafting, reviewing, commenting on line of credit agreement, guarantee agreement，service agreement and other agreements;
草拟、审查贷款合同、担保合同、服务合同以及其他合同并出具法律意见；
· Legal advisory and consulting for departments at the request;
根据各部门要求出具法律意见以及结论；
· Preparing and reviewing internal regulations and policies in accordance with laws and regulations;
整理审查内部规章制度使其合法合规；
· Warning legal and compliance risk to relevant business;
对相关业务提出法律合规风险提示；
· Analyzing and updating new legal documents and sharing to departments at the request;
分析最新的法律文件，必要时为各部门进行讲解；
草拟、审查贷款合同、担保合同、服务合同以及其他合同并出具法律意见；

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Candidate must possess Bachelor degree in law, have to lawyer license;
法律专业本科及以上学历，持有律师证；
· Candidate with law education background in China is preferred;
有中国法律学科留学经历优先；
· Working experience in financial business field;
在金融业务领域有工作经验；
· Written and spoken English. Chinese is a plus.
英文沟通与写作能力，会中文者优先。
