助理/翻译 Assistant / Translator

部门(Department): 运营部 Operation
汇报对象(Reports to): 生产经理 Production Manager

1. 负责相关的口头翻译及文字翻译工作.(越南语/汉语/英语)
Responsible for certain translation and interpretation work. (Vietnamese/Chinese/English)

2. 部门内各类文件、表格、记录的整理、发放。
Organize and distribute documents, forms and records in the dept.

3. 负责部门内部的后勤及人事联络
Responsible for logistics and personnel contact of the dept.

4. 协助项目跟进.
Assist in project follow-up.

5. 能按要求制作各类统计图表及分析报表，熟练操作电脑办公软件，具备一定文书管理能力及对品质、环境管理体系的运作有一定了解。
Make all kinds of statistical charts and analysis reports. Proficient in operation of office software. Have certain ability for document management and basic understanding of quality and environmental systems.

6. 完成上级分配的其它工作。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

1. 大专以上。
College Degree or above.

2. 一年以上工作经验。
Minimum 1 year of work experience.

3. 熟悉ISO9001及ISO14001管理体系；
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 management systems;

4. 有关外语专业四级或以上，口、笔译熟练。
TEM 4 or above, proficient in translation and interpretation.

5. 具备中文的写作与交流。
Writing and Communication in Chinese.

6. 为人正直，细心大胆，文明礼貌，仪表整洁，形象健康
Integrity: maintain high ethical standards and work by a strong moral, keep their word and follow through on commitments.

7. 有良好的人际关系沟通能力和组织协调能力
