汇报对象(Reports to): 财务主管 Financial Supervisor
1. Responsible for daily bank account collection and payment management, and collect bank slips on time for vouchers booking;
负责银行账户收款及付款管理, 并及时收回银行回单。
2. Prepare bank reconciliation statement, check with the balance of bank accounts and check the outstanding accounts in time by month.
每月编制银行余额调节表, 核对银行科目余额, 及时查询未达账项。
3. Responsible for daily petty cash movements according to cash management policy, taking a daily cash count and preparing entity monthly cash taking report
根据现金管理的要求负责现金的日常收支，每日进行现金盘点，月末制作现金盘点表
4. Responsible for foreign exchange settlement in time according to payment request.
根据付款需求及时结汇
5. Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级分配的其他工作。

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Junior college education (or above) in field of accounting and finance.
专科或以上程度。
2. Over 3 years working experience on cash/bank movement and management.
3年以上现金,银行收付及管理工作经验;
3. Familiar with the policy, regulations and procedure in foreign currency payment and receipt in Vietnam
孰悉越南外汇收支的政策,条款及流程;
4. Be able to handle daily general bank business independently.
能够独立处理日常的银行一般业务;
5. Be able to read and write English;
英语能够读写；
6. Proficiency in Excel Experience in using ERP system is preferable.
熟练操作Excel 软件并熟悉ERP系统运作。
