人力资源专员 HR Specialist-Recruitment, Located At Vietnam

部门(Department): 人力资源部 HR Department
汇报对象(Reports to): 人力资源经理 HR Manager

1. 招聘工作Recruitment
 招聘信息的整理、更新，通过网络、现场、猎头等招聘渠道发布
Requisition collection and open vacant with proper recruitment channel
 根据岗位要求进行人员筛选、推荐及面试组织、安排；
CV selection, Candidate recommendation, Interview organization
 入职资料审核、入职手续办理；
Enrollment handling
 入职培训、员工档案管理；
Orientation training and personal file management
 招聘预算、招聘费用统计和管理;
Recruitment budget and expense statistics and management
 招聘政策的制定、修改和执行;
Policy’s deployment, update and execution

2. 人力资源系统管理HR Management system
 员工基础信息维护
Employee master data maintenance in the system

3. 离职手续办理 Separation handling
 办理离职手续；
Employee resignation management;
 为员工开具离职证明(有需要时)；
Preference letter preparation

4. 体系推进工作Document management (As need)
 维护Enovia系统文件资料；
Document upload into Enovia system
 跟进ISO要求跟进本部门体系进度。
Follow ISO request to HR function

5. 完成上级交代的工作，例如员工会议的参加，员工争议、员工投诉的跟进处理等
Other works requested by superior, include but no limit on employee meeting’s participation, employee’s conflict and complains handling

1. 大专或以上学历；
University major in HR or management;

2. 三年以上人力资源相关工作经验；
More than 3 years relative working experience

3. 能熟练操作Office软件；
Familiar with office software

4. 良好的沟通表达能力及较强的组织协调能力；
Good communication and strong capability on coordination

5. 良好的职业道德，诚信可靠，良好的工作主动性和积极性；
Professional in HR, honest, reliable, positive and taking pressure;

6. 越南语、中文、英文听书读写熟练；
Fluent English, Chinese, English speaking and writing
