【国际物流专员】[ International & Logistics Specialist ]

岗位职责：
 支持海外进出口业务，包括进出口文件，海关要求，海关监管申请，系统维护，数据录入和检查；
 负责海关管理体系的建设、完善，并在公司内实施；
 负责向管理局申请所有进出口许可；
 负责与第三方协调，订舱，跟踪货物，确保及时发货；
 负责准备清关文件；
 负责企业账册的申请、控制、验证和管理。
Job Description：
 Support oversea import & export operation, including import& export documentation, custom requirements, customs surveillance application, system maintenance, data enter & check.
 Be responsible for building, improving of Customs management system, and implement the system in company.
 Responsible for apply all the import & export permissions from the authority;
 Coordinate with 3rd party, booking shipping space and tracking goods to ensure timely delivery.
 Prepare documents for customs clearance.
 Responsible for handbook apply, control, verification and management.

岗位要求：
 能独立办理进出口报关单证; 负责EPE(出口加工企业)的海关经营管理工作；
 熟悉海关法法规，有保税区工作经验者优先；
 具备良好的汉语、越南语沟通能力，具备日常写作和阅读能力；
 能承受较大的工作压力。
Job Requirements：
 Be goods at Customs operation and management of EPE (Export Processing Enterprise), handling import and export customs documents independently.
 Familiar with Customs law and regulation, working in bonded area experience is preferred.
 Familiar with Chinese, English and Vietnamese, and be able to communicate and write in Chinese and English.
 Be capable to undertake big work pressure.
