【 URGENT 】 C&B Specialist - Chuyên Viên Tiền Lương & Phúc Lợi ( Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật )

1. Conduct functions of general HR C&B Specialist belonging to AGS Group.

2. All human resource management. Especially:
• Propose and conduct personnel evaluation, proposal, and operation of the welfare system (Travel, Health check, training etc.) (In cooperation with HR-Recruitment team);
• Enhance internal form and materials, Comply and Enhance Internal Labor Regulation, internal rule, punishment and compensation;

3. All labor contract and Payment. Especially:
• Conclude labor contracts, manage employee data (profile, ID, Work permit, certificate, labor contract and renew term), manage resignation, information security, (In cooperation with HR-Recruitment team);
• Conduct the procedure and calculation of Social Insurance (join, unjoin and Social Insurance allowance procedures) and Labor Union;
• Manage paid vacation, attendance, business trip budget management (Air ticket & Hotel booking task belongs to Reception (Task transfer);
• Conduct Payroll calculation, prepare for payment, report labor expense;
• Coordinate and support C&B activities of AGS Group (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Tokyo).

4. Other taks as assigned.

1. College, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics;
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in related position;
3. Japanese certificate equivalent to JLPT N3 and above OR fluent in English both spoken and written;
4. Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Work well with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Accounting software
6. Team management experience preferable
7. Have tax knowledge is preferred
8. Be able to work both independently and team-work
9. Know Japanese is an advantage
