Scope of main ACCOUNTING LEADER Responsibilities:
- Work as team leader and be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 people
- In charge of review working tasks of team members, managing team projects
- Bookkeeping and financial reporting to a number of client accounts
- Payroll processing for a number of client accounts
- Year-end adjustment procedures: making tax declaration, making B/S, P/L, C/F, etc.
- Be responsible for consulting to clients including:
+ PIT (especially PIT for foreigners), VAT, CIT, FCT
+ Accounting adjustment and consolidation
+ Financial Statement (FS) converting from VAS to other Accounting Standard (Japan GAAP, IFRS)
+ Tax and other accounting-related news updating to clients frequently
- Be responsible for instructing and training subordinates (if any)

Scope of main AUDITING LEADER Responsibilities:
- Being in charge of a team (4-5 people) who handle the delivery of audit related tasks:
+ Allocating tasks and workload to team members, scheduling tasks and ensure deadlines are met;
+ Reviewing the work done by team members;
+ Being responsible for coaching and training team members;
+ Communicating effectively with clients;
- Conduct assigned audit engagements from beginning to end, including audit at client’s office;
- Be incharge of some deliverables assigned by partners, make final audit reports;
- Identify issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk on Tax, Accounting, business…;
- Train audit assistant assigned to engagements, provide guidance and review working papers of sections;
- Obtain an understanding of the company's internal controls and applying auditing procedures such as inspecting the company's books and records, observation, inquiries, and confirmations;
- Develop, design audit programs and procedures appropriately;

1. Must has CPA Viet Nam Certificate ( prefer Foreign Language Test as Chinese, French, Russian, German)
2. Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting and Auditing / related field
3. Have at least 3 - 5 years of working experience in accounting/ auditing/ tax field
4. Have strong tax knowledge is preferred
5. Has Chief Accountant and/or Tax Procedure Certificate is a plus
6. Willing to challenge as job rotation between Accounting / Audit / Tax / Finance Consulting
5. English equivalent to TOEIC Above 500 and be able to communicate at work (especially good at writing skills)
6. Work well with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Accounting software
7. Be able to work both independently and team-work
8. Prefer candidate with other foreign language (not only English)
