- Manage and communication customer.
- Manage (follow and support) team.
- Take care system customer.
- Handle to support the IT Support task & assignment
- Cooperate and deploy new Project at customer.
- Others task assign by IT Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* We need someone with:
- Good English, able to communicate with foreigners.
- Team work, good behavior and can work under pressure.
* Experienced for:
- Technical skill
o Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
o Experience on backup strategy Backup Exec, Symantec, Script automatic.
o Administrate Windows Active Directory Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
o Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Active Directory & related services.
o Configuring network devices: Wi-Fi, router.
o Get experience about camera, printers, phone system…
o Onsite support & establish a good working relationship with end-users.
- Management Skill:
o Report monthly.
o Plan for team support and deploy at customer.
o Communication, consultant and work directly with customer.
o Plan and prepare for new project when get request from customer.
o Work with PO team for prices.
o Internal training team and another.
*** Remuneration package:
• You will receive Net salary, this means company will cover your force insurance, PIT, Accident 24/24 Insurance.
• You will receive the OT bonus for OT.
• A chance for training in IT field.
• Other benefits as company’s regulation.
