1. Accounts payable (AP) works:
• Check VAT invoices and ensure its correctness as required by Tax law.
• Check the accounting documents/payment vouchers to settle payment.
• Monitor bank reconciliation and update detailed payable.
• Update bank book daily.
• Check AP balances to agents.
• Review reconciliation and confirmation of creditor balance monthly.
• Prepare payment orders.
• Input AP journals in accounting systems timely and accurately.
• Prepare advance balance monthly.
• Prepare AP confirmation as required by Auditor.

2. Account receivable (AR) works:
• Update the detail receivable in bank book.
• Follow up and prepare customer aging report weekly.
• Prepare statement of account (SOA).
• Review reconciliation and confirmation of trade debtor balance for local and oversea.
• Input AR journals into accounting systems timely and regularly.
• Prepare AR confirmation as required by auditors.

3. Accountant
• Check VAT invoices and ensure its correctness as required by Tax law.
• Make cash payment/receipt voucher, update cash book daily, input record to software.
• Update cashbook daily and report weekly.
• Issue the electronic invoice and send to Customers
• Manage cash in and cash out.
• Ensure the remaining cash matches with cash book balance.
• Filling payments and receipts monthly.
• Other tasks to be assigned by Manager

- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Basic freight forwarding knowledge
- Written and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible to work in team
