We are looking for candidate who have IT hardware skil and language skill (English orJapanese) for the position of IT Team Leader or Senior Technical Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks:
+ Make plan, organize and monitor the IT system (server, storage, security…) for customers.
+ Make plan, organize and manage IT team.
+ Make report, present report to customer on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Project management.
+ Mainly responsible in implementing IT projects. Collect customer’s requirements, make plan, and assign tasks to team members.
+ Implement, monitor project progress, make sure projects are on schedule, within budget, meet quality and customer’s requirements (including progress, quality, risk, incidents…before and after implementing projects)
- Other: Perform other tasks following IT manager’s request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education level:
+ Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
+ Have experience in similar position.
+ Have ITIL/CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/ MCSE/PMP is an advantage)
+ Can communicate well in English/Japanese (both speaking and writing) (Japanese is an advantage)
- Prefer candidate:
+ Have experience in IT customer service.
+ Have experience in working with Japanese customer.
+ Have experience in implementing and managing many projects at the same time.
- Soft skills:
Have knowledge/skills in project management.
Can present reports well in Japanese or English language.
Have analyze and problem-solving skill.
High level of document skills (MS Office, MS Project…)
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
