Mô tả công việc
1) Achieve planed periodic sales goals to dealers and deliveries to customers
2) Establish acceptance sales target for the Dealers according to size of the territory
3) Encourage dealers to anticipate demand from customers and accurate sales forecast
4) Conduct training for dealers and dealer sales personnel on: products, products presentations, writing specifications in to bids and proper closing of deal.
Follow up and prepare monthly report on the order of the big deals/ or big tenders
5) Collect and maintain customer information in the territory
6) Notify available promotion programs to dealers & customers and encourage efficient utilization
7) Assure that dealers maintain acceptable level of Hino sales Standards (Inventories, Trained Sales People, Facilities, etc.)
8) Prompt resolutions to customer’s complaint to HINO sales (the products, attitude, etc.) and report to related PIC in HQ
9) Encourage prompt delivery report, accurate records, etc. and assure that dealers are complying with HINO sales policies
10) Encourage dealers to place orders in timely manners, in advance
11) Encourage dealers to submit accurate records of all business including orders, price, inventory and deliveries, and to maintain these records

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 1 year experience in Sales
- Having experience in Automobile Sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English & MS Office
- Good communication & Problem solving skill
