RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position can work in either Yield or New Integration Develop Department:
* Yield Engineer
1. Yield Engineers are part of technology changes control, owning yield methodology, monitoring process yield of the whole factory line and leading investigation of integrated yield loss events.
2. Provide accurate and comprehensive data analysis to tackle integrated issues and guide TF team to speed up problems solving.
3. Involve in the learning process flow, assessing pre-HVM (high volume manufacturing) yield targets and driving integrated modules to improve yield towards goal defined.
4. During HVM, set up yield improvement roadmap to meet HVM yield target, daily oversee factory yield and coordinate related modules through faultless yield improvement.
* New Product Integration Engineer
1. Responsible in supporting new product introduction and start-up readiness and requirements. Ensuring that technology/platform/product meets certification/qualification requirements before transferring to HVM (high volume manufacturing).
2. Plans/manages technical programs or projects and provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
3. Monitor progress against schedule.
4. Define the major milestones and deliverables for the technology transfer and factory start-up requirements. Overall integration including scripting, collateral checklist, tool downtime consolidation, PR/PO follow-ups, consolidated qualification units requirements, product orientation material, WTL/rocket lots, execution/escalation path, Cert and HVM Routes and Flows, product/package overview. Able to communicate, coordinate and integrate new products, package and technology startups to key stakeholders.
5. Interface with ATTD/VF/Division to define the overall start-up plans strategies. Single point of contact for the factory start-up schedules.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering. Prefer Industrial System / Electrical-Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering
2. Good English communication skills
3. Proven strong technical leadership. Knowledgeable in structured problem-solving methods and adaptable in working under tight schedules/deadlines.
4. Excellent in communication and key stakeholder management skills.
