Job Description:
1. According to shipping instructions from Sales team, packing plan , final packing list , sales contract , buyer remaining credit limits, L/C , T/T remittance status to proceed Booking operation & provide shipping information , freight quotation as well as related freight prices on the market.
2. Coordinate Warehouse , Trucking company , Carrier , Fwd and Port terminal to execute all kinds of transporataion arrangements.
3. Make export shipping plan , check original export CDS files & upload export CDS reports , provide S/I to Carrier/ Fwd to create B/L. Ensure draft B/L , FCR are right and keep related Units informed.
4. Ensure export Customs declaration information are right. Make export Customs documents , contact Customs brokers to proceed each export declaration in Vietnam Government. Keep track of Customs inspection status , CDS amendment , cancelleation and filing.
5. Provide required information / documents for billing
6. Apply cargo claim when cargo damages arisen.
7. Make periodical export shipping management reports

Key Qualifications:
- University Degree or above.
- Have experience or good knowledge in shipping, import-export field.
- Good communication in English and Chinese (basic) or fluent communication in Chinese.
- Confident and flexible in communication and presentation with customer
- Priority for candidates who have at least 01 year of experience in relevant position.
- Ability to follow through on task until completed
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Good arrangement and management at work.
- Can use MS Office, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
