Wine Director / Giám Đốc Thương Hiệu Rượu

- To be responsible for Wine Brand in Vietnam and other location
- To be the guardian of Wine brands included in the assigned category, in the represented territory
- Create and manage the plans for brand within the assigned category: activation a brand marketing plans within the fiscal year budget allocation.
- Work with data provided by sales managers to create volume, distribution, and display targets for the category as a whole, within the brand plans created with assigned brand teams.
- Track performance on a monthly basis for review with CEO, sales managers (On Trade, Off Trade & Key Account) and branch managers.
- Manage order and shipping plans of represented brands to ensure consistent stock while improving cash flow.
- Report against agreed brand plans to brand principals.
- Help organize brand education to internal and external customers about those brands.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.

- University degree major in Economic, Commercial, Business Administration, Marketing. etc
- At least 3 years experience in brand or marketing in Food and Beverage industry
- Leadership ability and strategic vision
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and process information/situation
- Good communicate in English
- Negotiate and persuade skills
- Good presentation skills
- Proficient in computer office
- Decisive, confident and have responsibility
