Mô tả công việc
1. Wheat Related (50%)
- Monitor Wheat vessels coming, Wheat Stock, Wheat Movement
- Checking Import docs, ETA, Wheat Price, … with Singapore & Log
- Release payment request in time
- Consolidate Sales Demands/ Gristings to come up with Wheat Demand
- Update the wheat related database to SAP in time
- Dealing with Local suppliers/ traders/ news for wheat Offers, Market update
2. Reporting & Analysis
(35%)
- Prepare Weekly Raw Material Report
- Hedging Gain/ Loss reconciliation with Singapore Team
- Wheat Gain/Loss reconciliation & claim back to Singapore/ Insurance
- Process Import/Export Database and highlight to Management Team
- Summary, PnL ACT vs FCT vs BUD, …
- Realized Hedging Gain Allocation for Actual month and Forecast purpose
- Situational/ transactional PnL for Sales pricing
- Wheat Usage Price analysis (accounting vs MTM)
3. Adhoc (15%)
- Based on Assignment
- Monitor Wheat vessels coming, Wheat Stock, Wheat Movement
- Checking Import docs, ETA, Wheat Price, … with Singapore & Log

1. Education/ Professional qualification required:
- University graduated, major in Finnace, Accounting
- Diploma in Business Administration
- English abilities, Good Communication
- Good computer skills (MS office)
- SAP Experience
2. Experience and abilities required:
- 2 years of experience as Management Accountant.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
