Web Software Application - Team Lead

- Oversee a team that develops and maintains our software

- Actively participate in the hiring and evaluation of the software development team

- Lead research & development initiatives

- Coordinate and execute the deployment of new versions

- Train and mentor new employees on the team as a technical expert

- Assist in customer support and with other teams/groups as needed

- Other duties as assigned in support of the organization

- Working under general direction, must make logically sound choices and prioritize work

- Understand when to escalate risks/concerns to management and when to handle personally

- Work within a defined budget

- Provide timely updates on tasks to the reporting manager

- Remain up to date on the latest technologies, consistently strive to learn more and improve skills

- Work on task assignment from line manager

- 5+ years of Software Development experience, both Front-end and Back-end

- Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others

- In depth knowledge of web technologies JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS

- Excellent programming skills with ReactJS/Angular or a similar JavaScript frameworks

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent prioritization and task management skills

- Ability to successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

- Possess a high standard of ethical conduct

- Strong English verbal and written
