We’re looking for a Web Developer who can help us become the best digital bank in the world.
We are super passionate about software development and FinTech and have a desire to build the best digital banking platform in the world. We want to work with people who share our passion and can help us achieve our goal whilst having some fun along the way.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-organising and talented individual who can demonstrate both technical development skills and creative thinking. You will work hands-on as part of the web application development team to enhance our award winning app, internal systems and new innovative digital banking products. You will be a key member of a team that is obsessed with delivering a world class, dynamic technology platform across multiple data centers.
Your primary job responsibility will be
● Build the web application and internal web tools to make them more efficient.
● Creating innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability.
● Collaborate with product owners and other developers on building high quality, new features for the platform.
● Develop UI Elements to integrate with server side logic.
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
● Tuning application performance and ensure security.
● Collaborate effectively with other technology teams to solve complex issues spanning their respective areas.
● Know how to set up tests and use unit testing frameworks.
● Research the new technologies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Skill requirements:
You must be able to demonstrate capability in the following in Live Production environments:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
● 2+ years’ experience in Web development.
● Solid experience with building application with Angular. Similar experience with ReactJS or VueJS is a plus.
● Strong experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery etc. Some experience of Typescript is a plus.
● Experience CSS preprocessing framework (SASS/LESS).
● Experience responsive design with Bootstrap framework (Bootstrap 4).
● Familiar with cross-environment build automation, and tool chain ( Grunt or gulp, Webpack, Bower and NPM) .
● Experience in working with REST APIs/Web services, Json Data.
● Solid knowledge/Experience in OOP, MVC programming.
● Optimize the platform for speed and scalability.
● Being capable of teamwork and independent working.
● A strong logical thinker who is willing to learn, to continuously improve with open mindset.
● Must be able to communicate confidently in English.
Some desirable skills:
Experience or capability in the following areas whilst not required would be an additional plus for you.
● Experience using GIT.
● Fullstack and/or hybrid mobile development framework experience
● Slicing design files experience with Sketch.
● Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, using Jira, Trello.
