Waste Water Treatment Engineer

1. Supervise the operation of waste water treatment and potable water system in the shift, ensure the system running with the lowest energy and chemical consumption.
2.Ensure all troubles occurring in the shift is solved punctually to assure the quality of discharge wastewater and the stable supply of portable water.
3. Contact maintenance department if there is any trouble of equipment, cooperate with maintenance department to arrange for the maintenance work, supervise the maintenance work, do the acceptance after repair.
4. Train, assign and supervise the work of Technicians.
5. Supervise the work of staffs/workers of suppliers/contractors.
6. Supervise the implementation of 5S activities.
7. Supervise the chemical management work.
8. Accomplish other assigned jobs and report all the works to Superior.

1. Academic requirement:
- Bachelor of Chemical and Environment Engineering
- Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is also acceptable if willling to apply
- Other background but have equivalent experiences in steel industrial shall be prefered
- Non-experience is acceptable.
2. Language requirement:
- English
- Chinese or Japanese is a plus
