Washing Manager

- Responsible for managing the washing production
- Plan, direct or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications to ensure short and long term profit
- Ensure the timely delivery of finished products to customers and/or other facilities contracted
- Control washing process of the sample testing for washed order until get the approval from buyer for bulk production.
- Set up the quality control system level to meet buyer requirement
- Close monitoring of the washing production planning
- Manage all of the production areas of Wet processing Dept. Such as: Washing, Drying, Extractor, In/Out garment control, chemical store and to ensure a safe working environment and well maintain 5S arrangement
- Control and report chemical consumption monthly
- Implement procedures for washing and dyeing processes
- Coaching of team members

- Graduated from University with relevant major (chemical, textile, garment)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a washing department at senior level in large manufacturing company
- Skills:
• Good in English
• Analytical & Problem solving skills
• Organizational and communication skills
• Leadership and good time management skill
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Vlook Up, Pivot proficiency)
