Warranty Technical Executive

Daily deliverables
1. Receive, check and verify warranty, Technical Report from Branches and Dealers.
2. Receive and review warranty claim documents from branches and dealers and verify them for reimbursement process.
3. Approve or seek approval for warranty cases base on warranty approval matrix.
4. Advice or support branches and dealers to handle customer's complain or concerns.
5. Monitor and update to upper management and branches, dealers about Vietnam regulations related to warranty and recall operation.
6. Final verify the translation of service bulletin, Recall bulletin and related document before submit to VR to get approval for safety recall campaigns.
7. Follow up the submission of all warranty cases to SAIS to claim for SBR reimbursement.
8. Follow up registration of all warranty cases to TR-web and SBR feedback to get proper actions accordingly.
9. Coordinate with Technical support Executive to handle technical issues which under warranty covered, define the final conclusion to support to Dealers or Branches on the handling action.
10. Conduct warranty systems and SOP training and follow up with dealers, branches on the implement effectiveness.
11. Recover and send warranty fail parts to Regional or SBR according to their request.

Weekly deliverables
1. Weekly follow up the recall campaign completion rate at dealers or branches
2. Weekly review pending Technical reports & reimbursement claims from dealers or branches.
3. Report to NASM on the pending warranty cases and propose next action on handling.
4. Review the Technical Report quality and feedback to dealers or branches for the improvement
5. Coordinate with VR related to recall campaign approval and periodically reports.
6. Follow up SBR or Regionals about reimbursement status for warranty cases submit by MIV
7. To support MKT on the technical issue during their event.
8. Weekly follow up with SPC on the common warranty parts stock and request for the inventory (if any)
9. Confirm with dealers on common warranty parts stock and request for inventory (if any)
10. Review and feedback to dealers or branches on the special warranty request (which is not covered under normal warranty)
11. Collect and update new vehicles warranty registration from dealers or branches.

Monthly deliverables
1. Monthly follow up the recall campaign completion rate at dealers or branches
2. Conduct warranty audit at dealers or branches to confirm the actual warranty procedure and implementation.
3. Monthly report to NASM about the warranty results and critical problem's trend.
4. Monthly analysis the warranty cases and define the problem's trend and report to SBR/Regional for prevention action.
5. Follow up and improve the recall campaign progress at dealers or branches .
6. Working with MIV accounting to follow up reimbursement payment from SBR to MIV and MIV to dealers or branches.
7. Review and conduct the warranty's SOP and systems training to new dealers or existing dealers, branches which have change on the human resourse or rotation/promotion.
8. Coordinate with MKT on the warranty booklet inventory & publishment.
9. Maintenance and do 3S for the warranty fail parts storage.
10. Follow up and evaluate the warranty fail parts disposal at dealers or branches.
11. Monthly review dealers or branches feedback on MIV warranty's leadtime and procedure.
12. Monthly review common warranty parts stock at dealers and SPC.

- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Automotive Technology or related discipline with minimum 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in the automotive industry
- Sound knowledge of warranty policy administration procedures
- Good MS office.
- Preferred candidate have driving license (B1, B2)
