Mô tả công việc
- Handle inbound/outbound shipments from/to General warehouse/Bonded warehouse/Direct shipments to customer
- Handle some special outbound/inbound shipments from/to Bonded warehouse
- Handle inland delivery shipments (within South, North – South)
- Work with Warehouse team and contact customer to solve inquiries and issues during handling (General warehouse, Bonded warehouse)
- Give advices to customer about customers’ inquiry on import/export regulations and other related warehousing matters
- Co-ordinate with Warehouse team to prepare necessary docs & warehouse condition for periodical stock checking or auditing survey.
− Receive new inquiries from customer, check and negotiate with service providers to get best rates and make quotation (including bidding project) to customer.
− Update quotation for current customer yearly
− Set up steps for implementation
− Implement and follow the plan to achieve the expected results
− Present company brochure on businesses, services with professional and persuadable manner
− Make smart proposal, follow, negotiate and close the deal
− Follow the operations, maintain good services to customer
− Prepare Service Contract for new customer and follow up to renew Service Contract for current customer

Yêu cầu ứng viên
− Education background: College or University (major in Economics)
− Good at English & Computer skill
− Sales & customer care skills: communicating, engaging (psychology), negotiating, closing the deal
− Planning (strategy), organizing, implementing, controlling, etc
− Experience in Forwarding and Warehousing
− Solving problem skill
− Analytical, logical, systematical skill
− Good presentation and communication skills in working, and out of working
− Working skills, listening & understanding skill
− Leadership and Management skills
− Working under high pressure
