1. Accomplishes warehouse human resource
- Selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining the staffs
- Optimize employee workflow
2. Meets warehouse operational standards
- Comply to the safety regulations for operating of material handling equipment’s
- To ensure cleanliness of surrounding work area daily and cleaning schedule set by management
- Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse section
- Identifying warehouse system improvements
- Solve the arising issue regarding to warehouse
3. Maintains inventory
- To manage data entry for each shipment including receiving and delivery
- Conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data and report, maintaining stock accuracy and correct level of inventory, track inventory levels
4. Moves inventory
- Monitor & follow up daily receiving & delivery ‘s operation, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
-Ensure that quantity and quality during transferring meet the standard of operation which indicated by management.
5. Maintains storage area
- Organizing storage area; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Ensuring goods in stock are always arranged neatly, cleanly and scientifically according to 5S standards
6. Keeps equipment operating
- Enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
7. Adhere company’s regulation
- Align program/production requirements with current procedures to ensure consistency
- Compliance with all Safety Procedures.
- Strictly follow Company Code of Conduct and Employee action guideline
- Disciplined and professional attitude must be displayed at all times

- Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm về warehouse trong các công ty sản xuất, từng làm về kho thực phẩm.
