Warehouse Supervisor (Quản Lý Kho)

1. Lương Từ 12 triệu/ 1 tháng
Salary From 12,000,000 vnđ per month

3. Liên tục phối hợp và báo cáo với Giám đốc điều hành về mọi vấn đề liên quan đến kho,
Constant coordination and reporting to the OM on all warehouse-related concerns.

4. Giám sát, bảo trì và quản lý các phương tiện vận tải, lấy hàng ở kho ra, xếp dỡ hàng hóa.
Fleet monitoring and maintenance including management approvals, Supervision of lay out of stocks, of loading and unloading of stocks.
5. Thực hiện đầy đủ và tăng cường mức độ an toàn cho tất cả các kho.
Implement and reinforce over-all safety in all warehouses.

6. Đảm bảo nộp các bản báo cáo của nhân viên kho theo ngày, theo tuần, theo tháng.
Ensure Submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports of warehouse personnel.

7. Quản lý tất cả mọi hóa đơn tiện ích và chi phí hàng tháng liên quan tới kho, bao gồm cả các vấn
đề liên quan tới nhân viên kho.
Manage all utilities bills and other warehouse-related monthly expenses including staff house concerns.

8. Quản lý tất cả các hồ sơ và tài liệu trong kho bao gồm các phiếu thu/ biên nhận và hoá đơn.
Manage all pertinent records and documents in the warehouse including ORs and invoices.

9. Đưa ra phương thức hiệu quả cho việc giao hàng, thực hiện kiểm tra kho hàng ngày.
Efficient scheduling of Deliveries, conducts Daily Physical Inventory.

10. Chỉ định cụ thể nhân viên lái xe tải giao hàng.
Assign drivers to specific delivery vehicle.

11. Giữ vệ sinh sạch sẽ trong nhà kho.
Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

12. Áp dụng các biện pháp an toàn trong nhà kho.
Observing safety measures inside the warehouse.

• Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng hoặc Đại học
• Từ 28 đến 45 tuổi
• Giao tiếp được bằng tiếng anh với người nước ngoài
• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý kho
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết trong lĩnh vực dầu nhớt (không bắt buộc)
• Hiểu biết về môi trường kinh doanh tại Việt Nam
• Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm
• Thật thà và chăm chỉ

- College Level
- From 28 to 45 years old
- Communicate in English with foreigner
- At least 1-year experience in warehouse management
- Experience and knowledge of lubricants (optional)
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible and ability to work in a different environment and under pressure.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve given objectives.
- Must know how to speak and understand basic English.
- Honest and Hard Working

- Bonus 13th month salary
