Warehouse Supervisor

• Verify and track good & components movement between production site and exterior depot (distant 800m from production site)
• Make sure of the components delivery in due time from warehouse to production.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy (timing & quantity)
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Maintain items record, document necessary information warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds / racks
• Coordinate activities with other departments of Siamp Ltd (Production, Logistics, Purchase)
• Facility management
• Ensuring safety and security operation throughout department.
• Overall planning and managing annual inventory check
• Ensure warehouse cleanness and organizations.

• Achieve high levels in receiving/shipping, identifying, dispatching of goods & material.
• Supervise all warehouse staff
• Record all warehouse data : Rack, palettes location
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese mother tongue
