Warehouse Supervisor

In view of our growing business needs, we are seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join us as “ Warehouse Supervisor” in support of our business operations in Long An Factory, Vietnam.

Your roles and responsibilities in assisting the Warehouse Manager include:

• Manage the entire warehouse employees and operation.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory and timely update in the system.
• Enhance and improve the warehouse SOP and enforce the SOP, ensure it is updated and reflects current operational requirements.
• Ensure all DO/MR (Warehouse documents) to be submitted to relevant department without any lapse.
• Ensure the optimized storage of materials, optimized use of floor space, optimized materials flow and comply with HSE rules.
• Provide day-to-day management of the stores, delivery areas and personnel to ensure the provision of fast, effective and cost efficient
• Responsible for ensuring the stores department meets requirements in terms of stock control and quality assurance(work with QC team) .
• Plan the department staff training program and organize internal staff training.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation and to be responsible for management of the drivers and trucks, ensuring delivery timing and other requirements are strictly adhered to.
• Involved and participate in both internal and external audit;
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Warehouse & Logistics Management;
• Over 5 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse operations and 2 - 3 years in management position.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs.
• English both spoken and written.
• Has knowledge and experience of 5S is an advantage.
• Prefer candidates have experience in wood, furniture field
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Inventory Management;
• Management/Leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Support transportation by company bus from HCMC.
