Purpose of the position
• Panalpina Warehouse coordinator (data processing & customer service) at CFS warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City
Key Tasks
• To input inbound shipment data into system and issue invoice/ delivery order for outbound shipment
• To update all relevant information in Panalpina system in time and adequately, following SOP timeline and KPIs.
• To plan the inbound/ outbound cargo flow at CFS warehouse following instruction from Warehouse Manager.
• To implement verify and scan procedure based on customer SOP and company local working instructions.
• To follow up on customer shipment and update respective feedback pre-claim details and status to customer.
• To work within SOP’s and do daily and monthly report
• To coordinate with warehouse supervisor, warehouse operators (of third party) in managing the smooth daily warehouse operation & deliver quality based on customer’s KPIs.
• To inform Managements of any irregularities or problems that requires assistance.
• To co-ordinate with Panalpina CS and DP at HCM office to finish all relevant tasks required by customer.
• To take up additional tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Educational background / Work experience
+ Education: college or university
+ Have experience / back ground in data processing, working at the CFS warehouse preferable
Language skills
+ English for understanding the packing list, cargo details & simple communication
Computer Literacy
+ Basic MS office i.e. Word, Excel…
+ Education: college or university
