• Responsible for the whole warehouse management including manpower, equipment, facilities, security, inventory, operation process, in/out data and reports.
• Conduct operation in line with SOPs, KPI and working instructions.
• Plan & assign manpower for coming inbound and outbound order
• Supervise and co-ordinate receiving and shipping orders
• Working closely with concerned departments to solve daily issues
• Manage inventory by daily cycle count & monthly stock count and update to WMS system correctly and timely to assure the matching between system and physical inventories.
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate.
• Maintain 5S in the warehouse, ensure all warehouse personnel actively participate in 5S as part of routine work.
• Maintain teamwork, productive and efficient working environment
• Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated from College, University.
2. At least 02 years’ experience supervisor position of warehousing services in 3PL
3. Good at using system WMS, EDI data, issue in/out order, generate barcode, label
4. Good in communication, reading and writing in English about warehouse operation, SOPs, KPIs and reports
