Warehouse Supervisor (HCM)

• Key communication point with customer, to maintain good relationship and enhance Warehouse & Local Distribution (LD) service;
• Supervise warehouse operation by 3PL in accordance with SOP, including Inbound, Storage, Picking, Outbound, etc.;
• Assess the ability of trucking vendors, and manage trucking schedule to ensure On-time-delivery (OTD), Data submission, Correct delivery quantity;
• Be responsible to troubleshoot incidents related to warehouse & trucking operation;
• Take quick action to resolve complaints from customer;
• Cooperate with 3PL to perform stocktaking and ensure data accuracy;
• Submit report to Department Managers on daily/monthly basis;
• Monthly review KPI with Department Managers to improve operation productivity;
• Other assignments if required;

*Work location: District 9, HCMC

• Male - College/University graduated, major in Economics or related field;
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics management (Warehousing, Trucking), preferably in retailer industry;
• Language skill: English business level;
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics concepts, system;
• Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and time management;
• IT skills in Windows, Office as compulsory.

3. About GS25 WH:
• Located in District 9, area ~ 3,000m2;
• As the Convenience Store chain, the WH will handle dry cargo like grocery, accessories, etc.;
• Trucking will handle both dry and cold delivery;
• Manpower: 24 workers & 4 leaders by 3PL;

4. Commencement time: End of Feb’2020.
