Warehouse Supervisor (FDI Company)

We are a 100% Japanese own enterprise. For expanding our new business, we are in urgent need of 01 Warehouse Supervisor who will be mainly in charge of all activities of warehouse.

Job description:

* Mainly responsible for all activities of warehouse including: receiving - dispatching & internal handover of packing part, material, finish goods.
* Control and manage the W/H, responsible for the whole warehouse management including labor, W/H equipment and inventory.
* Monitor raw materials, sub materials, finished goods receiving and releasing to production efficiency, delivery right quantity and right product at right time to customers.
* Monitor the inventory record up date in physical location correctly and timely.
* Ensure FIFO practice in receiving / delivering raw and packaging materials, finished products
* Maintain 5S in the warehouse; ensure all warehouse personnel actively participate in 5S as part of routine work
* Communicate with other departments for the cross-department matters
* Other tasks as assigned by manager

Requirement:
* Graduate from University with bachelor in related field
* Good command of English
* Having at least 2 years at the same position
* Responsible and hard working at work
* Working location: Dinh Vu IZ, Hai Phong, Viet Nam
