Warehouse/stock/dispatch Manager

1. Supervise all delivery activities
- Review & improve all current logistics activities (import/ export / local delivery).
- Ensure ‘cold chain’ from brewery to final customer.
- Create / adjust necessary forms for to support all logistics procedures.
- Coordinate with sales, production, finance or other departments to give better control of stock / orders / deliveries in order to meet with customer’s requirement & stock management.

2. Warehouse reports
- Daily checks & review reports of raw materials, packing materials, products and by-products.
- Submit reports to Head Brewer/Accountant/Financial Director in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Goods delivery and receipt
- Monitor brewery deliveries to ensure goods delivered orderly and properly.
- Monitor distribution to ensure ‘cold chain’ meets our requirements.
- Monitor/ supervise/ instruct staff to ensure goods are loaded & unloaded correctly and safely.
- Receive Sales Order & Delivery Order, check and supervise release of goods.
- Control goods receipt in the proper manner.

4. Inventories control
- Monitor/ follow up with Packing Supervisors/Head Brewer to ensure products incoming or outgoing are correctly recorded and stored.
- Ensure inventory data is accurately updated.
- Keep good records and submit the report as required.

5. Information Commitment & Good communication
- Commit to keep all data confidentially and prevent leakage of information outside the company.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, truck drivers in amicable and courteous manner.

6. Human Resources & Admin:
- Responsible for maintaining monthly interaction with workers
- Ensure the preservation and protection of the assets within the Brewery
- Work with local authorities (Fire, Environment, VSIP, …).
- Monitor the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

- Strong understanding of Logistics, Import/Export, Admin, HR, inventory control or related field.
- Ability to work well and make decisions unsupervised as well as part of a team.
- Good Business English, computer literacy.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective leadership, communication, presentation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Experience in FMCG preferable
- Physically fit
