Mô tả công việc
Warehouse staff has the core resposibility to carry out all works relating to the company store. Warehouse staff is responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory work to ensure the goods are available at all times to meet the demand of the company and carry out the purchase order in a timely manner.
Warehouse staff directly reports to the im-export officer:
- Determine and monitor the current input, spare goods and other tools in the store
- Supervise and report the rates of using and estimate the each time of keeping.
Immediately determine if any item of goods which is in a shortfall in availability and ensure the necessary corrective action taken to prevent this situation happens.
- Take the output item of goods to the permitted person as stipulations in the procedures.
- Record accurately all the output items of goods as stipulations in the procedures.
- Maintain the current list in detailed of all tools, equipments of each department.
- Regularly update ans report the conditions of the store.
- Co-ordinate with other department to make plan of purchasing annually to ensure the spare goods are available to meet the demand of equipments from production and the future extension.
- Ensure a clean and well organized work area is created.

*Graduated college
*Have experience at least 1 years in warehouse in manufacturing company.
*Have experience in warehouse system.
*Can use English.
*Fluent Microsoft office: Excel, word.
*Can work well independently and in a team
*Honest, careful and high responsibility
*Detail oriented.
