Warehouse Staff / Manager

[What You Will Do]
We are looking for a reliable warehouse manager to be responsible for the overall warehouse management.
• Control and manage the warehouse, responsible for the whole warehouse management including labor, packaging and inventory.
• Supervise the activities of employees, who are engaged in packing and shipping of finished products.
• Monitor the inventory record update both in physical location and our system correctly and timely.
• Responsible for all customer order management from receipt through to delivery.
• Take responsibility for resolving customer complaints as quickly as possible, using the standard process with CS staff.
• Support online team for online sales with ad hoc requirements as required

[What You Are Good At]
- Proven working experience as a logistics manager at least 2 years
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management in trading & e-commerce business
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Fluent English
- Good computer skill (MS office)
- Honest, responsible, good communication and able to work effectively under pressures.
