Mô tả công việc

Follow receipt/shipping process of finished goods in factory warehouse & External Warehouse
Control, follow the compliance of contractors’ employees in regulation, criteria, procedure, operation activities
Support to resolve the issue referring to contractors’ employees (attitude, working time, compliance,.… )
Directly working with contractors’ employees to operate warehouse activities
Receive, control data, implement the operation activities of in-out-stock procedures in system & warehouse
Coordinate with other department/ divisions to solve NG goods, also recommend the improvement solutions
Compare, clear the discrepancy & make the periodic report the in-out-stock situation in factory warehouse
Analyze & recommend the improvement for warehouse operation
Follow, audit & make analysis report of DAV Warehouse Using Situation
Control & store all warehouse documents
Control the warehouse operation facilities, ensure the safety for warehouse employees
Follow & report the in-out lead time, KPI, FIFO, Layout to shift leader
Join & Support to make Inventory Audit Plan by periods
Implement other assigned jobs by supervisor & shift leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Customs, Transportation, Trading, International Trading, Business related fields,…
Having at least 1-2 experience years in Logistics, Transport, Customs
Having experience in Transportation Management System & Warehouse Management System
Demonstrated experience in Logistics suppliers management, negotiation & relationships.
Abilities in analyze and solve problems effectively
Good communication skills
Fluently using 1 foreign language at least (English and/or Japanse)
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Tools (Words, Excels, Power point, …)
Clever, smart, and be able to stand high pressure in work
Good individual & team work skill
Ready to join far-training/ business trip if requirement
