Mô tả công việc
Primary objective:
• Responsible for the overall warehouse shift operations for Binh Duong factory towards safety, quality, process compliance with effective utilization of warehouse shift resources, cost reduction, service level excellence and improvement
Warehouse daily operations:
• Manage the overall warehouse operation within shift
• Supervise, train, coach Warehouse Material Handlers
• Ensure 100% compliance to handling processes and quality/ safety procedures
• Control in-out inventory in a timely and accurately manner in both physical movement and documentation/ record
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on goods receiving, loading, supplying to production, etc…ensuring no receiving/ loading/supplying failure and no production shut-down
• Monitor SAP/WITRON warehouse transaction completion and scan-move compliance
• Timely and precisely report on incidents, losses, damage, discrepancies of inventory/ assets with corrective-preventive actions
• Perform IRA count and investigation/ resolutions to variances within the required timeline
• Investigate and resolve issues arising within shift and all pending from the previous shift with proper handover between shifts
• Maintain equipment quality, warehouse standards (GMP, 5S, etc…) and safe warehouse operation towards zero safety incident and good security of warehouse.
• Take specific area owner roles and other duties assigned per business requirements
Governance and Relationship:
• Lead Shift DDS (Daily Direction Setting) on key deliverables during shift activities in receiving/ loading/supplying, standards, safety, quality, equipment, process, inventory control
• Monitor shift performance
• Prepare required shift reports.
Operational optimization:
• Improvement ideas for operational efficiency such as material flow optimization, space utilization, WH resource balancing, service improvement, cost reduction

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Responsible, honest and careful
• Team work, independent and result-driven
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skill
• At least 2-year experience in Warehouse Shift Leader role
• Candidate who has working experience in cross cultural environment will be preferred
• Candidate who can drive and has been certified for forklift driving would be an advantage.
• Fair English (both written and oral)
• Fair usage of computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Team work, independent and result-driven
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skill
• At least 2-year experience in Warehouse Shift Leader role
