Mô tả công việc
Role Purpose:
To manage all aspects of the HCM Off-site warehouse relocation project in Ho Chi Minh city, from start to finish so that the relocation is carried out and completed on time, no negative impact to service KPIs and within budget
Key Accountabilities:
• Design, communicate, and implement the HCM off-site warehouse relocation project until completion.
• Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project. This will include ensuring (through the project team);
- the preparation of designs and work specifications;
- developing schedules, budgets and forecasts; and
- selecting resources, including external contractors
• Set priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project team member’s activities to meet project targets and milestones.
• Manage Project Scope, ensure change control is managed, involving Executive/ Project Board as appropriate
• Liaise with other areas in the organisation to secure specialised resources and contributions for the project.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Ensure clear change management and communications plan established as part of overall project plan
• Manage risks and issues as they arise on the project to prevent impacts becoming significant
• Engage with key project stakeholders across the organisation to maintain buy in and ensure delivery

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education, Qualification and Experience:
1. Essential:
- University degree in Economic, Engineering or related majors.
- At least 3-year management experience in warehouse/ project management/ operations/ logistics
- Required strong analytical skills and the ability to make decision
- Communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English
- Proven ability to work independently
2. Desirable:
- Experience/ Knowledge of project management software/tools are preferable
