YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Steering the warehouse and dispatch operations: coordinate the delivery of finished goods in the local market for the different distribution channels in order to be delivered to the customers on time
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding warehousing and dispatch
• Oversee stock control and processing orders
• Optimizing the utilization of technical equipment and information systems
• Manage teams of workers and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met
• Can have a more strategic role in large operations and deal with planning, administration and general management issues, including the day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by team leaders

Yêu cầu ứng viên
WHO YOU ARE
• Degree in Business Administration with focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management or Degree in Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse technology and warehouse management including legal and safety requirements
• Preferred Pharmacist decree with license. Minimum requirement of intermediate professional education diploma in pharmacy (to comply with GSP requirement)
• Degree in Business Administration with focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management or Degree in Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse technology and warehouse management including legal and safety requirements
