Purpose of the Job:
• Panalpina Warehouse officer support for VN WH
Key Tasks:
• Manage the operations of the warehouse
• Manage site subcontractors needs and usage for W&D services
• To ensure smooth operation of inbound / outbound based on Work Instruction & SOP
• P&L responsible for the site. Covering all products and clients offered at this site
• Cost management of the site linked to the defined pricing, billing for customer
• Ensure to deliver excellence quality service to customers, to meet all the KPIs (internal and external)
• Manage the blue collars workers in order to ensure achieving the productivity & KPI targets
• Security, Tidiness, cleanliness within the warehouse. Ensure that all HSE guidelines followed
• To conduct regular 5S and other warehouse excellence programs
• To support other teams if necessary or requested
• To take up additional tasks as assigned

Function/ Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
Have knowledge & experiences on 3PL warehouse & value added services in warehouse. Minimum 3 years experience in a high SKU warehouse environment with 1 year of supervisory experience
Skills & Competencies
• Good communication skill
• Good analytical skill, problem solving skill is an advantage
• Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control)
• W&D experience as well as operational knowledge of W&D
Personality traits
• Careful, detailed
• Ability to work independently
Educational background / Work experience
• Education: college or university
• Have experience / back ground in data processing, working at the warehouse preferable BA in Foreign Trade (minimum college diploma in foreign trade studies)
