Mô tả công việc
1. Control warehouse team and inventory, delivery performance. Plan, organize, execute, review to achieve the goals and comply with Molex regulations, international and local laws.
2. Control warehouse operation as goods receive, storage, goods issue, packing, delivery, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISOs, EMS, TS16949, CSR, RBA to meet customer requirements, and standards.
3. Ensure the application of policy, procedure, processes and instructions for warehouse operation to use effectiveness of resources and improve efficiency.
4. Act as coordinator for using optimize space, cooperate with related sections to reduce stock
5. Act as coordinator for inventory stock take. Warehouse reports.
6. Control warehouse facilities as forklifts, barcode system…and ensure it’s available for operation. Training and coaching subordinates.
7. Work with forwarder to process delivery & receive goods, components on time
8. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
9. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 7S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
10. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

1/ EDUCATION: College up (Major: economy, logistic, business Admin)
2/ WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years in warehouse
3/ Good knowledge and skills of manufacturing processes, warehouse management.
4/ Procedures, processes, standards, instructions creation skills
5/ International and local laws.
6/ English (oral and written), Work planning, Problem-solving, Training, Coaching, Leadership and managerial skills
7/ Kaizen and innovation skills, Knowledge SAP
8 Performance assessment.
9/ Understand and implement as requirements from ISOs, CSR, RBA
