Warehouse Manager (Urgent)

1. Warehouse Planning and Management:
- Set up yearly Department’s goals and plans to achieve the Company’s objectives.
- Periodically review the production projection and delivery plan of raw materials and sub-materials to make plan and HC preparation and arrangement to ensure the best efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure the receiving and issuing operation on time.
- Set up SOP & work instruction…for WHS operation/activities and ensure to follow all the Company’s procedure/policy/Buyer’s requirements.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Weekly/monthly review the department performance to ensure the set up goals are achieved.
- Drive team for continuous efficiency improvement.
- Prepare yearly manpower budget/capex and expenses to meet the given target.
- Set up KPI, make training plan and conduct training/coaching for the subordinates
- Conduct periodically employee performance appraisal.
- Ensure the machine, equipment and working tool are periodically maintained and in good condition for smooth operation.
- Inventory Management
- Closely coordinate with functional departments to make proper arrangement of deliveries within WHS capacity’s level and ensure the efficient utilization of storage.
- Monitor the physical movement of raw material & sub-material to ensure the proper storage, accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze the monthly inventory data to ensure the minimum stock level.
- Drive team to adhere FIFO practice and inventory management SOP and procedure.
- Ensure the inventory stock accuracy.

2. Safety & Compliance Management:
- Drive team to adhere 6S.
- Ensure the compliance and discipline of all staff.
- Ensure the adhere of the policy/procedure/SOP/WI.

3. Other tasks will be assigned by BOD from time to time to meet Company's goals setting.

*Job Requirement:
1. University Graduate preferably from the economics and/or technical university
2. English Literacy (Listing - Speaking - Reading - Writing).
3. At least 5 year experience at senior position and 7 year experience in Warehouse Management.
4. Personal Competencies: Organized, systematic, creative, proactive and result, able to work under high pressure.
5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
