Warehouse Manager

Purpose
Implement and maintain the warehouse management system for Power Supply and Depot equipment (cables, transformers, electric cubicles and cabinets, machinery). Is responsible for its daily application to ensure accuracy of inventory, integrity of stored parts, efficiency and security of operations.

Key Responsibilities
• In cooperation with UJV Sourcing and Supply chain manager, define and maintain the process, procedures and forms to run the warehouse operation from initial delivery to final transfer to construction site.
• Use ERP software to report in and out movements, ensure an accurate and updated situation of stocks, and generate all deliverables.
• In cooperation with ACR Quality Manager, proceed to the goods incoming and report non conformities.
• Schedule and do the inventories as per item category.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring zero deviation on safety policies.
• Define, verify and update security measures to ensure integrity of ACR goods during storage.
• Deploy policies ensuring compliant and profitable management of waste from warehouse and site activities: recycling channel, dump, valorisation of sub-products for packaging, scrap…
• In tight cooperation with Construction and T&C Managers, follow-up ACR tools and machinery inventory, localisation, state, calibration schedule to ensure availability of these resources
• In cooperation with ACR Project Manager release periodic reports and real time Kpi.

• 3 years or plus experience in management of industrial warehouses, with direct responsibility of stock and inventory, and use of an ERP.
• Good written and oral communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Reliable, attentive, and self-governing.
• Software: good practice of Office required, SAP is a plus.
