Working location: Haiphong Plant
Job Purpose:
To assist Plant Manager (PM) to monitor the operation of WH and to manage maintain system of management at the WH
Key Accountabilities
• Supervising loading of products according to the despatch sheet.
• Supervising unloading & receiving of raw materials & spare parts according to the orders.
• Assisting quality dept. to assurance the quality of stored products.
• Supervising products resorting and repacking as well as manual manufacture in WH.
• Responsible for the stock inventory & safety in warehouse.
• Updating of stock & corresponding with market & finance depts.
• Other task
Key Performance Indicators
• Achieving budget expectations for volume and price for all products
• Operating within overhead budget control
• Maintaining solid and quality customer base
• Maintaining stable and well instructed team
