Mô tả công việc
As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible to lead the operation team and ensure the efficiency of warehouse’s operation
Main Responsibility:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Set up and build the procedures of warehouse operation
- Manage the daily activities of operation team (including: dispatching, packaging, loading and unloading goods, storage) to ensure the smoothly operation
- Plan and manage the stock inventory to make sure the goods availability for sales and ensure accuracy of data input between system and physical inventory
- Manage the fleet team to ensure the on-time delivery service to the clients
- Hire, train, develop and motivate the staffs to ensure the productivity of operation
- Co-operate with the other departments (Customer Services/Sales Team/Supply Team,..) to resolving the claims of suppliers/clients
- Other Duties as may reasonably be requested by the Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/College Graduate in Economic/Logistics/ Supply Chain
- 1+ years experience in warehouse management or relevant experience with level of Manager/Supervisor
- Experience in setting up warehouse
- Management skills
- Strong Leadership
- Problem - solving skills
- Well-organized person with can-do attitude
- Good English and Vietnamese Communication
