Mô tả công việc
+ Implement import and export procedures
- Receive and check documents and papers required for import and export, transfer goods based on the regulations of each department.
- Build the import & export plans for the direct field team.
+ Monitor data tendency by using some relevant software, such as (WMS, Excel and SAP)
- Monitor, analyze, collect data and make reports about the quantity of imported and exported products periodically or based on the requisition of relevant departments.
- Perform inventory periodically.
+ Address problems arising in the process of warehousing, such as: Surplus or lack of goods, errors, special management goods ....
+ Manage goods by data, monitor the changes of goods, corporate with the Planning department to have timely forecasts and calculate reasonable cargo rotations

Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ Candidates graduated from University and have at least a year experience in the relevant field.
+ Fluent at Microsoft Office, SAP, WMS or Excel File.
+ Fluent at English. Having Japanese ability is an advantage
+ Work independently and work as a team
+ Personality: Enthusiastic, straightforward, honesty, dynamic, conscious of observance and a strong sense of responsibility.
