Warehouse Leader

• Maintain an accurate inventory of stock, through undertaking a range of stock control measures
• Perform stock checks on an agreed cycle, investigate discrepancies, and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure inventory level is effectively controlled and discrepancies are minimized
• Be responsible for replenishing stocks to the stores based on confirmed Purchase Order
• Ensure stock receiving process is in line with Standard Operating Procedure
• Follow strict quality check process upon and during receiving the shipment
• Ensure delivery timelines set by company are fulfilled
• Ensure labelling equipment & other necessary equipment are in working condition at all time
• Manage and ensure accuracy in reverse logistics from store to Sub DC
• Build constructive and harmonious working relationship among HO / 3PL / Franchiser / Freight Forwarder
• Plan and maintain the allocation of space for stock within the warehouse
• Ensure appropriate space is allocated according to trends, promotions and forecasts
• Ensure all the products are correctly labelled as per the Company standards and country’s regulations
• Ensure all consumable commodity is in optimum quality & replenish with local approved suppliers
• Generate periodic inventory report as requested by parties concerned
• Source and identify supplier to fix defective merchandise
• Ensure timely claim for defective product received
• Provide support on external sales events as well as warehouse sales within the country
• Ensure that security standards of Sub DC are met at all time
• Ensure effective receiving of all merchandise & non merchandise as per timelines given
• Coordinate and arrange appropriate external storage in case required
• Resolve quantity discrepancies between stock and records on monthly basis Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Ensure all documents are secured & and maintained as confidentiality

- Male, has 1-3 years in fashion retail
- Basic in communication English
- Having health and working under pressure
Working hours: 48hours / week
