Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager in Vietnam, the selected candidate will:
1. Develop plans to monitor and optimize the usage levels of storage, implement quality programmes, and review efficiency of the warehouse storage and layout plans.
2. Responsible for organizing various operations in a warehouse such as physical Goods Receipts, Goods Issue and proper storage of materials
3. Making Goods Inwards/ Outwards records and pass to Accounts for entry in the system.
4. Physically check the goods in Warehouse.
5. Develop cargo handling schedules that consider timeline and resource factor
6. Follow up with Logistic Company for Delivery of Goods to Customer.
7. Develop forecast planning of resources within business activities
8. Contribute to process optimization and ensure efficiency in warehouse operations

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in warehousing
• Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Proficient in MS-Office application software
• Ability to handle material handling equipment
