Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for data input including in/out data, inventory and reports.
• Conduct warehouse operation in line with SOPs, KPI and working instructions.
• Generate all forms issued by warehouse such as booking form, pick list, delivery form.
• Make working plan for coming inbound and outbound orders, inform to team members
• Booking trucker for outbound order
• Co-ordinate receiving and shipping orders
• Working closely with concerned departments to solve daily issues
• Input data to WMS system correctly and timely to assure the matching between system and physical inventories.
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate.
• Maintain teamwork, productive and efficient working environment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated from College, University.
2. At least 02 years’ experience same position of warehousing services in 3PL
3. Good at using system WMS, EDI data, issue in/out order
4. Good in communication, reading and writing in English about SOPs, KPIs and reports
